Pros

Great learning opportunities, will get exposed to many different industries, a lot of ownership and autonomy, necessary certifications are paid for by the company

Cons

Have had 3 different managers in 20 months, care more about utilization and meeting metrics than career development, no bonuses and very static promotion period, feel like a freelancer doing very transactional work
