Great place to develop professionally , earn and learn how to solution for / sell to multiple customer types and verticals. Strong leadership team and market leader in many categories
Cons
Can be very siloed by org/ pillar and bureaucratic. One hand often doesn’t know what the other is doing across pillars. Opportunities for advancement and or lateral moves could be better defined and will largely depend on relationship with immediate middle management.
