      Free Inside OCI Training, limited corporate perks, drinks.

      Cons

      Pay is behind local market. Corporate is going all in on one product and jeopardizing all other product lines. Oracle is very silo'd across the orgs, teams, groups that you're more than likely to find 2 different teams literally working on the same exact thing like a doppelgänger.
