Pros

You get to work with a lot of different people and see a lot of different places all over the country. The work environment is fast paced and gives you a lot of satisfaction and pride in your work.

Cons

There is sometimes a lack of communication between departments.

Pros

Great teams and coworkers. Options to learn in many different directions. Lots of additional online learning available. Somewhat organized depending on what team you are working with. Management is good about granting time off.

Cons

No salary competitive. Lots of constant changes. Restrictions on organization and product usage. All about billing the customer and not on customer service. Our support center has the lowest ratings when it comes to customer satisfaction and resolve of issues. As an installer we are prohibited from assisting if not the task is not billable which makes customer relations very strained.

Pros

Good pay, excellent benefits (the health insurance is great!), and a very conducive environment to learning. I also can work full-time remote rather than having to relocate to go to an office. I am also salary with overtime.

Cons

Travel is a requirement, sometimes for long periods of time. The bureaucracy is a mess. Nothing ever moves quickly, and the overhead is tremendous. On-boarding took months after getting hired, and the hiring process itself took months. Although I have not yet qualified for a raise, I have heard through the grapevine they are far and few between (however, again, this has not been vetted by me personally).
