Not many typically "tech perks" besides free soda drinks. Organizational change that causes some uncertainty among employees

- attractive location - attractive for the resume - great colleagues and good working atmosphere - good work life balance - a bulk of opportunities to learn and develop

Cons

- you have to work and learn on your own, however if you need help there is a good team spirit - limited flexibility in working location
