Turned stiff upon Oracle Acquisition

Pros

Brand recognition since they renamed it Oracle NetSuite. Good working culture especially those who transitioned from NetSuite pre-acquisition.

Cons

rarely give salary increase, hard to get approval on certain projects and hard to deal with financials since all payments must come from Oracle. Internal processes are now hard to change due to impossible approvals from Oracle side.
