Pros

Positive Learning Environment: One of the undeniable benefits of working here is the opportunity to learn a lot. The nature of the work is such that it fosters professional growth and skill development, which I've found immensely valuable. Manageable Work Pressure: Contrary to what might be common in the industry, the work pressure here is relatively manageable. This allows for a better work-life balance and less stress, which I appreciate.

Cons

Unfair Compensation Practices: The company hires new employees at higher salaries than those offered to existing staff, even when existing staff hold more certifications and knowledge, particularly favoring IC2 over IC3 roles. Lack of Promotions and Salary Increases: Despite claims of a tight budget, the firm seems to have enough to hire new staff but reportedly "doesn't have money" for employee promotions or raises. In my four years here, there has been no salary increase, which is disheartening. High-Pressure Work Environment: The culture is increasingly high-pressure, with an emphasis on billing the maximum hours possible. However, this is not matched with fair compensation or adequate benefits. Minimal Benefits: The benefits package is underwhelming, with the only notable offering being Club El Pais in Uruguay. Alarmingly, some employees do not receive basic benefits like healthcare. Lack of Appreciation: There's a significant lack of appreciation for employee efforts and contributions. The absence of any form of salary increase or recognition over the years contributes to a feeling of undervaluation. In conclusion, while there are always pros and cons to any workplace, potential employees should carefully consider these issues. The company has potential, but there's a pressing need for improved financial fairness, better employee recognition, and a more supportive work environment.
