Great sense of community and support from fellow consultants. Competitive wages & PTO. Great work life balance. Work hard and you'll be put on a fast track with yearly promotions to be a Principal consultant.

Cons

Project staffing can be a little all over the place sometimes where one project could be stacked with talent and then the next one it's you and 3 new comers. They are actively working on improvements for this model.
