      Pros

      The work from home focus is the only good thing about working for Oracle

      Cons

      Everything is manual, the information management is a complete disaster and everything is so overwhelmingly silo-ed that we can't get anything done rapidly or efficiently. Everything else is antiquated, they don't use simple things as office 365 for email / calendars, time keeping is horrendous.
