Pros

The individual teams have potential to be work very well together. Great people doing very inspiring work. Excellent benefits and career development opportunities.

Cons

The C-Suite overlords do not care about you. Yearly hikes do not happen. Internal movement is very difficult because salary increases solely comes down to the decision of the HR business partner and the manager has very little say.
