Excellent work life balance flexible working culture working from home no critical dead lines

Cons

Only con here is salary: 1. Here everything is uncertain like Hikes, Bonus, Promotion. It is up to the management to decide They can introduce new rules every time to filter out the candidates to get bonus/hike 2. hike, bonus percentages are very less 3. salaries are not competitive with other branded product companies
