Pros

Flexibility of working schedule (depends on work nature and supervisor); benefits beat local companies; ease of logging and tracking expenses/leave. Change is the constant and keeps employees on their toes (thus keeping them competitive in the market)

Cons

Most activities are driven by numbers and quarter-end so longer-term and non-metric based projects can get sidelined. Tons of resources available that require lots of self-study before one can truly hit the ground running; learning curves are generally quite short.
