Still a great place to work, except that they're doing the back-to-office without a deeper analysis
Pros
The MDC Campus in Zapopan, MX is an amazing, brand-new 6 floor building, with a full equipped gym, located in the most exclusive zone in the city. The facilities staff is always looking for new activities and incentives to make the employees' experience the best. There are plenty of resources for continuous learning and I am not aware of any massive layoffs as of May 2023, like in other companies.
Cons
You don't know why you get paid what they pay you and how to be eligible for a rise. Internal moves do not imply a compensation rise. If you are selected for a new position that is in a higher salary range than you are, you'll have to do the job for a couple years before being considered for a rise/promotion. In 1Q2023 some lines of business have adopted the back-to-office approach without the chance of doing even hybrid.
