Remote work, opportunity to work in multiple areas, investment in learning and development resources, smart and kind leaders in many areas

Cons

Dissent is not well-tolerated; employees are reprimanded after speaking up or asking tough questions. This leads to less-than-honest feedback and a feeling of having to tow the company line. Very little collaboration. Employee performance not rewarded with regular increases - many below the range. Although encouraged to ask your salary range, managers are defensive if you ask.
