Oracle is a massive company. I am pleased with Oracle for the most part.

Business Outlook

Pros

Benefits are good to great. It is very stable, being that they're enormous and their database business is solid. Opportunites to grow or move with the company are somewhat available.

Cons

Too massive. They're unwilling to increase your salary, not even a cost-of-living raise. You're viewed as being dispossible, and easily replaced. The company is not innovative in the slightest - They simply buy/acquire other technologies and/or companies/marketshare.
