Pros
- Nice facility - Great benefits - Access to some nice design tools and lab equipment, but you really have to push to use it
Cons
- Low pay, no raises - Lower management cannot develop younger engineers - No on-site HR or any other services (everything is remote) - ECN system is a nightmare (they refuse to use anything but their own product) - Absolutely no employee appreciation events or other considerations
