* Good salary * Irish people are naturally good

Cons

Horrible horrible place to work. Mad people, super low standards in technology as well as in communication. Never go to the linux department. The higher management is completely disconnected. No reviews, interviews discussions with me in 2 years even when I left. No understanding who they blame for failed projects which more or less are all projects. So much bullying and harassment that this should be investigated by police. This cannot ever happen with Irish people but they all are foreigners working from the US. Had to leave and lost lots of stock units.
