The job can be what you make it in some regards. I was able to rise quickly initially and was able to easily stand out.

Cons

Very little if any raises and equity grants, even for top performers. Too many coworkers barely doing their jobs for years . Hiring sucks. Not many talented people applying or hired from normal channels Not innovative in pretty much anything
