      Decent work-life balance but poor compensation and growth

      Pros

      Work life was decent given the fact that I had a pretty nice manager who trusted me to get my work done

      Cons

      Compensation was very bottom of the barrel. Even when I hit my marks and in some cases excelled with my clients/customers I still didn't see any raises or promotions. I did get a promotion with little to no raise in my compensation, essentially taking on more responsibility for nothing.
