Business Outlook
Pros
It's a large multinational company with varied operations, so we exposed to many facets of the business. The company is very well run so it's a great place to get a firsthand view of how things get done.
Cons
Salaries and bonuses are much less compared to other companies in the valley. Most people get market salaries when they join, but they soon fall behind their peers because their salaries don't increase very much over time. The view within the Finance org is that people are expendable - there isn't enough effort put in to retaining good people.
