Pros

Oracle is place where you can work for life time. They usually don't force employees to work after office hours. So we have high flexibility and very good personal life.

Cons

As it's a global company growth is very very slow. Now a days they are paying very less at least in india. After few years you will realize that your bank account is not doing good. So it's up to individual that they want money or good personal life.

Pros

Flexible work schedule Work from home On-site gym Close to public transportation

Cons

Limited career advancement Not team oriented Projects not very interesting Constant cost-cutting/not replacing lost headcount is exhausting. Infrastructure is poor - always cost vs productivity and low cost always wins. Nearly every project I've been on for the last 2 years has been canceled. When started they were all the highest priority - something Larry wanted - and within 2-3 months of hard work, all were canned for the next new thing Larry wanted.
