      In the Oracle BU, you could be a specialist. At Sun, I had to be very good at many things.

      Cons

      The org takes very good, smart people and turns them in to people who don't trust each other.

      Good working environment for building up technical skills. Management encourages continous learning, participation in trainings and respects work life balance.

      Cons

      Very low wages for middle level employees and not adequate benefits. Management does not acknowledge achievements through benefits properly. Poor motivation for more perfomance for middle level employees.
