Pros

Oracle is a solid company with sound, industry proven product. Most Oracle products sell themselves by reputation. The full employment package and conditions are very fair and competitive. Oracle allows and encourages flexible work arrangements include remote workers (from home or personal office) and includes good travel arrangements and remuneration for various job categories.

Cons

If you haven't been in a very large US based multinational before, the layers and red tape will be a shock!

1. Work life balance. 2. Not much pressure. 3. Inefficient management, as they are there from begining. 4. Very much habit of every one take the credit of others.

Cons

1. Very less challenging work 2. Your performance and promotion depends on the team where u lends. 3. Best for female candidates. 4. Very good if dont think about the growth.

Pros

It has been good to me. It is flexible. Has a good infrastructure for software development. A perfect place to sharpen your technical skills.

Cons

Un-willingness to let go of the past risks obsolescence. Inorganic growth increases uncertainty. Weak services. Weak methodology. Fewer growth opportunities.
