      Pros

      The money is fantastic and there are a lot of smart people working there. The technology and software are best of breed, and there is a sense of pride in working with the caliber of professionals that you find yourself with.

      Cons

      You are as good as your last accomplishment, and memories are short at Oracle. There are no reviews, there are few raises, and you have to find satisfaction with yourself there - there will be no one to pat you on the back.

      Pros

      A very big company with quite nearly complete IT technology stacks, can extend our technical vision and can have a good base to be hired by other small companies

      Cons

      Too big, the individual engineer is nothing but just a working machine. The release cycle is too frequent and cannot get a balance on work and life
