Pros

Always nice to work for a highly successful company that in many ways area ahead of and leading the market. Hard work is expected and expectations are set high - but achievements are awarded

Cons

Oracle is very big in size, revenue, number of customers, employees, revenue and profits and growth: Part of the recipe for succes is strict processes to ensure that it continues to operate consistently and effectively through its continues growth; That makes Oracle process heavy; Takes some getting used to if you are used to work in a small company, but it works
