      Great Company with great history but seems to have lost its way after oracle acquisition

      Great place to learn and enrich your knowledge Flat Org Heirarchy; healthy and vibrant work environment Management quite approachable Strong pedigree

      Cons

      Lot of constarints and policies that have come in place post oracle acquistion are stifling its growth .. especially the Services division No clarity about the future of services division

      Inflexible policies. Managers have no power to change things. Only a few senior VPs able to make decisions Career ceiling for technical track, must become manager Salaries stagnant for many years, no longer competitive Large-company bureaucracy stifles innovation
