      Extremely flexible work environment, with a lesser than market pay rate

      Pros

      Extremely flexible. Many times, I don't meet my manager for a couple of months, and people are comfortable on emails/phones. Teams are distributed, which means you can work whenever/wherever, and don't really need to be in the office - as long as your work gets done. Large pools of intelligent people, lots of teams to pick/choose while considering a move.

      Cons

      Below market pay rate. Over a period of time, this builds up into frustration for many people. Very large company, difficult to shine when there are thousands of others.

      Pros

      Place with an Excellent Work-LIfe balance and gives one many opportunities to grow both both in position and the skill. Employees are treated with a lot of respect and chances are given to manage their duties in their own style, rather than dictating how to do some thing (whereever it is possible to do so), which is an excellent thing and brings best out a person/team. Very happy that I'm here.

      Cons

      There are too many processes to do however small and the compensation is definitely not the best you get in the market. But, with the above advantages, I think its a small price.
