      Compensation at par with industry standards. Carries Oracle brand which has good value in market. Process oriented company, offers a lot to learn.

      Cons

      Being a Oracle subsidiary, every small deceision goes to Oracle for approval, makes the decision process slow, should be integrated with Oracle quickly.

      Decent compensation Good work / life balance Good management support for training Secure place to work for the most part - Oracle is consistently growing so no reason for layoffs. Good benefits

      Cons

      Some administrative overhead, although for a big company its not too bad Infrequent raises - although I still make more than average for industry.
