      Good work culture balance in professional and personal life. Work assigned is optimal most of the times. Streamlined processes.

      Cons

      Career growth. Opportunities to learn are less since most of the times a specific task is assigned to you and hence getting the overall picture is difficult

      low workload can work from home sometime, can have internet connections if you are smts or above free tea/coffee/cold-drinks flexible working hours

      Cons

      discouraging work environment and management, insensitivity towards employees' issues "don't care attitude" for engineers - even if you are a rating-5 guy, you can leave the company and they will be neutral, they hire from india's best campuses, but don't know at all how to "protect" the human resources a culture without mutual respect there is a lot of frustration here and there among people good level of politics...you can come here and learn how to be a good (rather bad) politician HR is for namesake if you join, forget about hikes or bonuses

      Knowledge can be increased at our own will Flexible timing Not much work pressure You have the Brand label

      Cons

      No Hikes in last 3 years Bonus not distributed fairly End of the day...Its like you work for peanuts Name is big no doubt... but compensation is worst. Employee satisfaction worst.
