      If you like technology it is the place you want to be. Exciting and fast paced (if you want it to be). Lots of opportunity to grow locally and globally.

      Cons

      Internally process centric so you can quickly lose an entrepreneurial spirit. Too may people following roles vs common sense. Don't let it get to you and see past it.
