      Financially strong, focused on performance, leadership position, proven technology, continued investment in research and development, opportunity to work with people from around the region

      Cons

      sometimes too complex, too much internal bureaucracy prevents focusing on sales full time, process-focused to the point of sometimes being inflexible and stiff, there's no sense of customer focus and more a sense of profit focus

      People are motivated, the management value each individual, their time, their efforts. salary is also good. Work culture is also very good.

      Cons

      Onsite oppurtunities is less. Tehy pay less when u go onsite. Very individualistic approach to every problem. Very political place.
