      Pros

      Great brand value, excellent and well know platforms and technologies, good facilities, great opportunities post Oracle career, and excellent ERP software

      Cons

      Only few individuals get all the hike and others who do good job are not given a hike. Its very disappointing to see that sycophancy is present to the core in Oracle.

      Good facilities. Technology being build are mostly widely used of outside. One Can get good experience working on complex systems.

      Cons

      Long relase cycles leads employees to be stuck with same areas for many years. Framework driven. Too focused in a certain area.
