Pros

Fairly flexible work time, good for the resume, free tea (need to have 20 words but don't see more pros)

Cons

Poor retention policy, hard to find room for professional growth, stressful culture, low morale among people, success of a particular group is always averaged with the rest of the company resulting in lack of success appreciation

Pros

Management on the engineering side seems smart and capable. Product architectures and direction seems very well thought out, and was clearly communicated.

Cons

Acquisition of the company I worked for was handled very poorly. Very little communicated to employees, leading to fear, uncertainty and doubt.

Pros

Lots of products to learn and Oracle will never go bankrupt nor will it ever get acquired. So all the things that you'll learn from work, you can use it forever.

Cons

Too many layers of products. As other companies get bought by Oracle, there are duplicate products for same industry and u need to constantly worry about restructuring.
