      Provides lot of flexibility and an employee can have a good work and personal life balance.

      Cons

      1.No hikes for 2 1/2 yrs 2.Bonuses are as low as 2% of C.T.C 3.No communication from management on employee related issues

      - Amazing work culture. - Good balance between work and personal life - Very challenging technical work

      Cons

      - Not much exposure to customer/customer related implementation - With Fusion its become a huge monster, so you don't get to see the bigger picture. - Salary is not that great, especially for those who have stayed here for > 3 yrs.
