      Less package growth , especially if you stay for long Less or no facilities other than CTC sacking or pay reduction during recession Enter with high package only otherwise you will be disappointed

      Pros

      The number of opportunities you get to work on is tremendous. Learning growth is decent and a peaceful environment. Overall good for a short stay of 2-3 years.

      Cons

      Initially a good learning curve, but after a while it stagnates. A major negative point is that they offer you compensation above market average to start with but make you stay at there for years.

      Working at home is the standard, not the exception. The benefits package is superior.

      Cons

      The company is so large now, you can get lost in the shuffle. You have to be wise about your moves and manage your own growth in the company.
