      You are taken into the company paying a handsome hike and then no corrections or hikes are given leading to the dissatisfaction of the employee.

      you will obtain good salaries ,you will have the possibility to learn a lot which will be helpful for your next job

      I do not have any cons memories but they make you feel like the promotion are not always made corectly.

      Pros

      -brand name recognition, Oracle open doors -lots of opportunities to rotate between groups -strong leadership and mentoring (provided you are in the right group), lots of training programs -stable, very profitable company

      Cons

      - could be bureacratic, depending on your group. If you get in the right group, you could get promoted fairly quickly provided you work hard and prove yourself - agressive culture (you have to be proactive networking, seeking out mentors or you could easily get lost since it's a huge company) - doesn't pay as well as some other companies
