      Great company run which needs to find better people to run it

      Pros

      Flat hierarchy, highly skilled people which means a lot to learn from. Oracle has a huge reservoir of resources and knowledge.

      Cons

      miserable salaries, continuous pressure for performance, but no appreciation of good work done. Very little chances of growth. The appraisal is a slow and painful process. I am not sure if the feedback given is looked at by the senior management.

      Pros

      One of the best reasons to work for Oracle FS is the flexibility and oppurtunities that such a large company brings. Within such a large company there are a number of oppertunities within Oracle. Affter getting aquired by Oracle, there hands off management (at my level) has been a positive.

      Cons

      One of the downsides to working for Oracle FS is the internal policies and precedures (althought nessicary) sometimes being a pain to deal with.
