Terrible company to work for.
Pros
Good benefits. Good vacation. Loved the possible opportunities that were offered.
Cons
Management that did not stand up for their employees. Site leads that trashed us to the clients and then to the Cerner/Oracle management team. Passed up several times for promotions. I never even got a thank you for applying or even a rejection letter. Over and over again I was moved from site to site to fix things but then written up for things that I did not do, literally told by management that I did not know what I was doing - but again 27 years' experience and completed understood the processes and policies. When laid off, I applied for 10 positions and was only interviewed for three of them. I was not hired. I have tried over 15 times to reapply for positions and I do not even get an interview. I just get a letter saying they have decided to go in a different direction.
