-Little micro-management. You are given a task and it is up to manage your time to do it. -Very good work culture. No cut throat environment.

Cons

-Slowness typical of big companies. -Career growth can be very slow depending on what group you are on. -Self service employee tools can be counter productive.

Excellent team with the world best professionals. Interesting projects with a freedom to resolve a lot of problems.. Flexible hours, possibility to work from home.

Cons

Salaries below the market. Bureaucracy. Salary increases are very rare. Promotion in position doesn't mean salary increase. Oracle doesn't want to promote people, they prefer stable workers on their positions.
