You get to work on building the latest technologies for the biggest clients. There's always another amazing project just round the corner, and your colleagues are really smart. The comp package is excellent and training is world class

Cons

Politics can overshadow competence. People get ahead by putting others down. Teams operate on artificial deadlines at the expense of quality. Micro aggression are so normal they become invisible. You are just a number to Safra, not a person.
