Pros

You have actually a lot of free time as the role is quite easy to execute. Most of the tasks are profiling and prospecting, calling and emailing, inviting to events, arranging discovery calls, etc. Achieving targets is easy, but because all Apps teams in EMEA are gathered in a pool of comissions, so you get exactly the same amount of bonus as the person covering Nordics, Benelux, Germany, France, UK, etc. Also you have a lot of roles, to decide for the future. But remember, you are not the only one applying for them. A good company to start your sales career and gain reputation. Everyone knows Oracle in the tech industry, and you will have options even outside Oracle to choose as it is considered a really good company to learn and shape employees. - Create your own network, Oracle is HUGE, you never know who can help you in the future. Everyone is friendly.

Cons

- Not the tech company that pays the most. - There is an overload of communications internally you can feel overwhelmed. You have to manage your time autonomously, as it is a self-service company, so be smart and ask everything because no one is going to do it for you.

Pros

Freedom of planning your day. Lots of recourses if you have a good opportunity.

Cons

Many reorganisations lately and some quite strict travel restrictions.
