Lots of "fun" work, management listens to you, great pay, and a very friendly work environment.

Cons

Sometimes management structural changes can be jarring. Seems some of the senior devs get a little frustrated by changing deadlines. Plus there is on-call work. But hey, you don't make great money for free.
