- Such a large company, it can feel like higher management doesn't care sometimes - They try to promote a good work/life balance but in reality you hear all the time about how people are working well after hours until like 9pm (typically for the next role after the BDR role though)

- Super competitive: if you're not necessarily motivated by metrics or competition this will be intense for you - Super social: As someone who is an introvert, this role made me realize that sales in general isn't a comfortable field for me. The company culture is very 'network to promote' oriented. Not great for people who like their work ethic speak for itself. Lots of company encouraged bar outings and co-wrokers w/ clique-ish tendencies Job Insecurity: Easy to feel like you and your role are disposable; constant hiring freezes and layoffs Lack of Diversity: Kind of speaks for itself, not really a huge mix of people from different class or ethnic backgrounds; feels like working w the same people, different font
