Be prepared to do the job of what should be five different roles, increasingly reduced headcount, NO pay raises, zero support from managers who have absolutely no idea how to do the job of the people they are supposed to manage. An absolute nightmare. Expect to work late, weekends, not be able to take any time off during Q-ends--that's right, four months out of the year. Just run. Terrible pay compared to what the equivalent of these positions are in the market right now. All the company cares about is making more money for the higher ups.
