Pros
The people on your team are probably going to have great communication skills, I encountered many genuine people at this company who were upper management. ( I moved from Cerner to Oracle, so that may have something to do it with though) I also joined the black organization that they have and the people were very genuine, so I would say they have pretty good culture and inclusion.
Cons
The pay was the downside and feeling like you have to overwork and always stay busy. Towards the end of my joinery at the company they did a lot of layoffs and then let us know that there wouldn't be any pay raises for a year and then they told us that overtime would be appreciated but still clocking our time very closely, so it didn't make sense for me to stay in an environment where they want you to be busy, but not giving you enough hours or projects but also asking you to work overtime if you have to, but also watching how many hours you work overtime very closely.
