Pros
- Remote work or Hybrid - Generous PTO (4 weeks for most depending on # years, or unlimited for managers and above) - Good place to start a career out of college - then quickly move on to something better.
Cons
- Turbulence. (Company is the middle of being acquired by Oracle.) A lot of good leaders are leaving or being let go. A lot of changes happening with poor communication. - Transparency. Even before the recent acquisition, communications were very broad and shed very little light on upcoming organizational changes. - Leadership. Most executives seem to be out for themselves and not bettering the organization. Many took a "this is good enough" approach rather than look for creative ways to create efficiencies. - Pay. Below market average for most roles. Annual compensation increases are normally 3% or below.
