Good Working Environment Good Work Life balance Flexible timings If you are lucky enough , you will get good project to work on. Good on site opportunities (depends on the project)

Cons

Salary is not as much as expected. Extra curricular activities like team outing etc isn't there.

- Fear-based leadership style (in upper levels). (Honestly, I don't know if it was always like this but definitely has gotten worse. - No significant salary increases (one 2% raise in 4-5 years). No Bonuses in almost a decade. - Culture that rewards competition over collaboration.
