      Pros

      Ability to work remotely and on your own schedule. Smart and engaging co-workers. Employee satisfaction based on your manager.

      Cons

      So many changes and reorganizations constantly, with lots of managers who are untrained and ill equipped to manage people. The vision and goals not clear and how employees can work towards those goals. No regular bonuses or incentives. Stock options rarely filter down to lower level employees.

      Pros

      Great benefits, good name to have on your resume, constantly evolving, stock growth has been great in the past year.

      Cons

      the issue here is with how the company operates and what it shares with its employees. With 170k employees, everyone is a number on a spreadsheet. Groups are laid off in mass just to pop up under another name. The workers get laid off but the highly paid managers seem to always find a soft landing. You can work on something for 6 months only to have it eliminated in a day.
