Brand Recognition makes it easy to talk to people who are familiar with ERP
Cons
Low Pay for a ton of work and horrible corporate policies around their employees. For instance, you are forced to burn nearly all your vacation time at the end of the year around Christmas because they give you time off but you must use your PTO for it. Also, the events are HRs worst nightmare. Managers hook up with their employees and I've personally witnessed predatory behavior towards young women who have just graduated college.
