Pros
Great work life balance but pay is way lower than other similar companies.
Cons
My teammate has been working for Oracle for the past 2 decades. During her performance review, she briefly talked about inflation and the manager told she that the door is open. She is very upset. This was what she was told after 20 years of dedication and hard work. Recently, 2 directors and a manager were laid off on the same day in my business unit. The new director told the whole team that door is open.
